The Obama administration announced today, March 5, 2014, that individuals with health plans that did not comply with the new Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) will be able to keep these plans for 2 more years through October 1, 2016.  If you want/need to get a new health plan, you will still need to look at the available options on and off the exchange.
