  3. Medicare Part A co-pay – all but $630 per day
      1. increased from all but $608 per day in 2014
  4. Skilled nursing facility benefit (days 21-100) – all but $157.50 per day
      1. increased from all but $152 per day in 2014
  5. Medicare Part B deductible – $147
      1. remains the same amount as 2014
